I’m not sure if anyone can help me out. I was charged for my ticket at my season ticket holder rate. I did have an issue with my card being canceled and having to update my info. I did all that they asked me to do to receive my ticket. I did it before the time that was stated in my email. My representative Albert Munoz stated he called me and left voicemails. I didn’t receive any calls or voicemails. I did have contact with him through email and did state to him that I updated my info and if there was any issue to let me know. I was charged as I can see it on my card statement. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the ticket office so this is my only hope to get a hold of someone. If anyone knows a number to call or how I can talk to someone. Let me knooowww.
