So I have missing payments in my plan. I wasnāt aware my card wasnāt on file. No big deal. Iāll change it online and make up my payments. LAFC website isnāt allowing me and Iāve been trying to contact ANYONE at LAFC to make my payments. Iāve email and left voice messages but they only contact me 2 weeks later asking me to make a payment but I canāt due to the website telling me āthis action is not supported, please try againā. Itās really frustrating because I need to change my card info. Iāve changed my billing address and mailing address and my LAFC stuff gets sent elsewhere.
Iām just frustrated man. They suck
