GK: Mambacita, Grinch, and Think Pink 6s KB: Dark Knight 6s GJR: WTK 8s S2: (Kobe 5 Off-White custom coming soon)
Review: GK: You get what you pay for. A great shoe aesthetically and to play in. Very comfortable, traction could be better on the pairs with rubber soles imo. Fit is tts. -Also, I wore the grinches 1.0 batch as my only hoop shoe for about a year. Didn’t hoop too much but if I did it was those and I wore them too the gym sometimes. About a year later they won’t see the floor again just because I get knee and ankle pain every time I wear them. The other two however have been great and I have no complaints. (The grinches were great too, I just put them through a lot)
KB: Just got these and have only worn them once. I love how they look and have no complaints especially for $60 (B-grade). They were super comfortable and caused no problems in the one game I wore them. It was the type of shoe that I forgot I was playing in if that makes sense, which I enjoy. No foot pain, not uncomfortable, no heel slippage, stuff like that. I did slip completely on one play but I overextended pretty far so I’ll give them some slack. Fit is tts.
GJR: This shoe is definitely the most shocking review. First off, I ordered a size 10.5 and the pair I received was absurdly small. The tag and box were 10.5 but these are no where near it. However, after sticking socks in them to help break in and wearing casually, they played amazing. I guess I just play good in the snug fit but every time I wear these the shoe and I both perform well. The drop in midsole has a zoom unit in the forefoot and heel which is nice. Overall pleasantly surprised for it being a subpar batch. I would just recommend getting measurement pics if you need tts.
