There are a lot of changes and a lot of uncertainties in my life right now. I have anxiety and depression and I’m dealing with a lack of motivation because any and all goals seem very far away. Due to a variety of circumstances, I can’t see my therapist anymore,so I just really need to vent. Thanks for reading.
