We already know that there will be no new skins for 10.17, only balance changes, so the already revealed PsyOps skins will come out for 10.18. Now, Riot has confirmed that 10.18 will be a very large large patch (possibly hinting at Samira) and we know that Samira's first skin will be BRG, the same skin line that Kayle's skin will be part of. That and the fact that some stuff from BRG is already on the PBE when there's still yet another PBE cycle to come makes me think that BRG should be on 10.18.

But what makes me highly doubtful of this is that that would mean that 10 skins a new champion would be released over the course of a single patch, which just seems ludicrous.
