First time I tried kanna I had about 40mg of extract by sniffing it, had a mood lift and felt good despite a mild initial anxiety feeling, it was good. But then second time I did have a drink before it but not a lot, I didn’t measure the kanna (same extract) it looked about the same if not less. Wasn’t thinking. It didn’t hit me till like 10 mins later but I felt an overwhelming stimulation that wasn’t even euphoric this time it was just anxiety trying not to go into full panic attack. Then 20 mins later I felt calmer but no euphoria. I also didn’t eat on it the second time.
I was thinking it was a mix of alcohol, not measuring it, not eating before. But I’ve heard this can happen even without alcohol. But I really don’t want to go into that anxiety state again, I want the mood lift/euphoria again. Any tips? I was thinking maybe sniffing it is 1 not great for my nose and 2 under my tongue might be less anxiety and more mood lift. What about fermented powder? What you think?
