I'm curious, does there currently exist a malpractice class action or anything for Kaiser not providing medical treatment?
For the second time now in about two months we've gone to Kaiser. One time for a vaccine and this time (different person) pain. For the vaccine they refused to give it. Even the Doctor refused. We filed a complaint and the Doctor later reached out after we got it somewhere else to say if we really want it we can get it.
This latest time, the person on our plan went in for pain and wanted a cortisone shot. Doctors refused to see them and they were only seen by the techs, aides, whatever their title is. They said they wouldn't do the shot and to go take Ibuprofen which they already do.
This all reminds me of my military days of Motrin and water treatments (which I got twice for a fractured ankle). Kaiser wasn't like this before COVID and we've been with them for 15 years.
So is there anyone doing anything about it? If not, I think it's time to hire an attorney.
