I feel guilty for having a CNC kink

What it says on the tin. I have a huge CNC kink that I feel excessive guilt about. The reason being that I know people that have been S/A'd, and I understand that it is a horrible and life ruining experience. I am not getting off on their trauma, but I do enjoy the idea of roleplaying something of the sort happening to me. I feel like a bad person for liking it. Does anyone have any advice or similar experiences? Any help is appreciated.
