Need help or advise please and thank you!

Parents gave me their 2016 Jeep Wrangler MOAB Extreme Sport and I can see the Jeep has 35in tires on it and it’s a JK but I don’t know what other things this Jeep comes with and what mods it’ll need for more Off Road efficiency. My parents had gotten it for looks but never intended to use it for Trails(I know, WTF) so if anyone can help me and point me to the right direction that’ll be awesome. I try looking up online but couldn’t find this specific model of this Jeep and figured Reddit could help me.
