The woman who never comes into my house came over while I was away with the kids at the magical​ mouse land and cleaned. Ostensibly because D(ear)H had just finished installing new hardwood floors and she wanted to help/feel useful.

DH was at work and couldn't be home to at least direct the cleaning energy.

It was beautifully seasoned too. Now there's rust and when I saw it, after getting home from the airport I just kind of let out a strangled cry.

And before you say it, she doesn't have a key, we just live the middle of nowhere and have never locked up the whole house.

And she'd been so -good- lately. At least my new hardwood floors are baller.
