We are currently reflooring the house. Husband and I are diy sorts and we do our research and take our time. Our current project underway is tearing out the cheap hardwood and replacing it with tile.
Part of the demolition has revealed that we are lacking needlenose pliars to remove staples from the hardwood install. I suspect that they were left behind after our previous move since I needed them to remove staples after tearing out carpet after the movers left with our belongings.
Upon hearing this lack of a tool, MIL suggests that we drive 2 hours round-trip to her house and get her pliars to use.
I think we should drive 20 min round-trip to the ace hardware and get new ones.
We will see who wins out. The 33 week pregnant lady (who might offer to go get them herself from home depot, 20 minutes away, so she can stop and get fabric... ) Or the MIL.
