Obviously I have an Instagram account (or I wouldn’t be posting here) and I have been unable to enable chat themes on it. Despite trolling the internet for answers, I am unable to access the option to have them when I go into the settings menu.
For 💩’s grins and giggles I created an alternate account on my app and messaged my main account and lo and behold, I have chat themes options. WTF is going on and does anyone have a solution?
Have tried Instagram Support to no avail, you all know they’re never likely to answer. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times. Nothing seems to fix the problem.
Thoughts anyone on this?
