Hacked Instagram Account ... need help

My Instagram account was hacked. The went in, changed the associated email address, phone number and even my primary photo. When I go to instagram and try to report it, is asks me if I want a temporary log in sent to my email but I can do that because now has the hackers email address, same with the phone number so I can't get a text sent. I have written a report on the general "contact instagram" but have not had any response. Can anyone help?????
