I just did a large two batch order that was paid online. The cashier scanned the barcode and both went through. The app would not let me proceed past the check out steps no matter how many times I tried and restarted the apps. Can't get shopper support. It says they have high volumes and there is just no option.

I saw the addresses for my customers on their info page so I just went and delivered them. Made sure both got their groceries and took a picture anyway. Now I'm still stuck in the check out page. Am I not getting paid for this order? Will I be penalized? How do I get in touch with insta help? None of the support lines I find on google are working. So fustrated right now.
