I took a $72 double order today, by the time I get to my car to go to the store it has turned into a single order. I called SH to ask how much I am getting paid for this now that someone has canceled and the operator tells me that she can’t see this information and that I need to complete the order because since I accepted it, it is now my responsibility to the client. I politely declined to do it before knowing how much I’m getting paid. She continues to tell me that it’s going to affect my acceptance rate and that the customer is expecting the order that I need to do it. I thank her for her time hang up and called SH a second time, this time she was very helpful and tells me that the order is now $15, she cancelled it for me and my acceptance rate was not affected. It’s unbelievable how 2 operators give you 2 different outcomes.
