Yesterday I had a 3 order batch from total wine. I found every item and went to deliver. The first 2 orders no problem. On the last delivery a kid opens the door, he was no older than 12 and tells me that his dad is not home and that it was ok to leave the booze with him, that his dad told him about this and it was ok. I told him I couldn’t do this, that I needed an adult with a valid ID. He proceeds to call his dad and on the phone he tells me he can send me his ID on the chat as a pic and that it was ok to leave the order with his son. I told him I couldn’t do this that I needed an adult. He then told me to wait for him that he was 30 min away, I told him I couldn’t wait that long so he decided to reschedule the order. I called support and I told them what happened and they closed the order so I could go back to look at orders. This morning I have a 1 star! I know it doesn’t matter now but it’s infuriating, it’s the law and there is nothing I can do!
