Ares PSA: Block Disable Will be Reinstated

For those who didn't know, three facts about Ares in 2.6:

(1) In 2.6, Ares's S2 still causes his opponent to lose the ability to block, but this no longer carries over to the next opponent.

(2) This nerf was intentional: Ares's block disable was never supposed to carry over, and WB fixed this intentionally.

(3) In response to an overwhelming amount of complaining, WB has promised they will reinstate the block disable carry-over.
