Clock showing the wrong time on Windows 10 machines as of 7/29

Hello group,
We had something interesting happen yesterday. We had about 4 reports that user's machines were showing the wrong time. They were either behind for about 10 minutes or ahead fro 15 minutes. We did some investigations and haven't found an answer. It was a combo of laptops and desktops.
Has any one received any reports of this?
