So I’m looking to up my dead stick rig for walleyes. That said I’m looking for something in a medium/light or medium power. Here’s the kicker I want a slow action so I can really load up the rod tip without the fish noticing. Especially since it’ll be in a rod holder and I’ll need to pick it up prior to setting the hook. I’m open to length as long as it’s no longer than 36”. Any recommendations? Not really afraid of spending some coin on it, as I’m a firm believer in buy once cry once.

EDIT: SERIOUSLY GUYS STOP SUGGESTING RODS THAT AREN’T A SLOW ACTION. I DON’T CARE IF XYZ ROD IS AMAZING. IF IT ISN’T A SLOW ACTION I’M NOT INTERESTED. IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT ROD ACTION IS DO SOME READING.
