Embryo transfer on Thursday. First time doing IVF 😬
Post Body

I'm 40. One miscarriage at 6-8 weeks in December 2020. We've been doing IUI cycles since then with no luck. From 4 follicles this cycle they retrieved 3 eggs on Monday. Two of these fertilized, so they are transferring them to me on day 3, Thursday. After transfer, they want to do a blood draw pregnancy test on 3/7.

I started endometrin yesterday and will do that 3x daily until my pregnancy test.

My clinic is not the most informative- are there any questions you would be asking about this process?

Genetic testing of embryos is not covered by my insurance, so we didn't opt to do that.
