Eager to Learn Junior in Tech. Any advice/suggestions

I am a newbie to tech I have light knowledge of HTML/CSS, Python and recently learning JavaScript. My prior jobs have been in customer service and my degree is in Sociology.
Any advice on being able to get hired for a decent paying tech job? ($20 ) (What should my resume should look like?)
And would you suggest a tech boot camp? (The one I am looking into offer 6 months job searching help after grad)
