Cannot press the configure button on Cloud 2?

The configure button on the sound devices control panel is greyed out only with my Cloud 2.

I'd like to experiment with different modes (Stero, 5.1, 7.1) as I recently discovered that some people have issues with 7.1 in games.

Any ideas why? All others work fine
