Unsure which settings to choose for my headphones

So I just bought the hyperx cloud stinger and I’m having trouble getting audio to them. These are my audio ports and here are the options I get when plugging the mic into the mic in jack and L out jack respectively
Can someone please help me figure this out? I know these headphones work with my computer because I bought them before and needed a new one. Just can’t remember what settings I had in place
