How can I tell if this is precipitation in my mixing bucket?

Post Body

This is just a 5 gallon bucket that I mix up my masterblend. I followed the instructions on the bag with the three parts. Although I think I'm going to start doing them separately and then mixing them together to be sure they're fully 100% mixed and dissolved. Is there any way for me to look at this to see if this is precipitation or if it's just algae growing? Or is this really an important question even to worry about?

If you're not mixing it into water, that may cause some of the elements to precipitate out--your reservoir looks a bit low which is why I mention that
