Can we get a hand held excavator and a way to move raw dirt around?

Excavator:

A device that is hand held, does one square width, vertical and horizontal cutting, adjustable setting (nowhere as deep as regular excavator), and doesn't produce rocks.

Move raw dirt:

A way to move dirt around without it changing to rock. Maybe a bucket variation that allows to completely fill with dirt and then dump it out as a dirt mound.

Reason:

My OCD goes crazy a little because of the bumpy surfaces, plus I want to make a really big sand castle.

EDIT:

Having both of these capabilities would also allow players to make some pretty elaborate designs for things.
