Correct way to sub out a job

Post Body
If you are too busy to handle a job, what is the proper way to sub it out to another company. For example how do you split the money,Do you make them sign a contract? And who pays for the materials?
Also do you do split the money after you take out the money for taxes and materials or how does that work? (Also if you have a good contract to sub out work I would be thrilled if you could send me it. I’ve been trying to find a good one for a while now.)
