2016 Honda Civic - hose replacement service?

I took my car in for maintenance minder B1 and one of the suggested additional services included hose replacement service. I am currently at 45K miles

Per the advisor - "suggested every 5 years & replaces the radiator hoses & all the water hoses around the engine." I said no at the time because it's like $850 and I couldn't find information on this elsewhere

They also said "fuel induction service (fuel system tune up) , breaks up carbon around the fuel injectors & will help with improving fuel economy. This service is suggested every 20-30k miles." - I said no because I googled and a lot of places said 60K miles

Other recommendations included automatic transmission fluid flush, engine coolant change but these have maintenance minders so I also said no to these items currently

Any thoughts???
