Fully rinse OXI

Post Body

Hello,

I am new to homebrewing, I got my kit for a wheat beer and I am super excited, hoping not to ruin my 30L (8 gallons) of goodness.

I have a question on sanitizing. The kit came with OXI. I have seen a lot of brewing recipes online, mostly YouTube. I noticed that many people do not rinse their equipment and they are not too picky making sure all of the cleaning agent is gone. Some times I saw a brewer bottling with a bit of foam left etc. Is that safe ? Does it not alter the taste ? I am "afraid" that if I spend too much time rinsing and draining bacteria and other microorganisms grow again. So I am trying to understand and find the fine balance.

Any experience and advice will be very helpful !

Thank you in advance
