We recently moved into a new to us home. There is an old concrete silo at the rear of the property. It’s full of debris and junk from who knows how long ago. The neighbor claims half the silo is on each of our property and does not want any of it cleaned out. We are going to have it surveyed but what are the actual chances the silo is shared on two properties?
