Help! Roof is actively leaking

Post Body
I own a top floor condo in an old brownstone building and there is an attic space between my ceiling and the roof. As it is raining heavily today, I decided to climb up to the attic and check if anything is alright. Unfortunately, I noticed significant leaking from the roof. An old pipe is also dripping water like a loosened faucet. I called and emailed the property management company but nobody answered probably because it's weekend. Is there anything I could do before it gets worse?
