So over the weekend I sent tryst an email/screenshot regarding my donation for the donation matching program that they started, I still havenāt gotten a response. My tlc hasnāt updated since around July 21 when it ran out, so Iām not sure if Iām considered a āfree userā or a memberā¦ it says response time for members is faster. It also says sending multiple inquiries about the same issue will push the request further back so iām not sure what to do :/
