Does reducing rates hurt your brand?

Post Body
I charge quite high, even for “high end” at a min of 1000 per hour. I’d like to be busier, but not sure if reducing my rates will make a big difference at that level of pricing.
I would like to work more, but also don’t want to hurt my brand if it’s working against me.
Thoughts?
