Control second fan hp envy x360 15-fexxxx

Hi everyone
The Fan noise of my HP was way to loud for me and as i saw that the Laptop had only one fan and space for a second one, i have put one in. So far so good.
Now the qustion.
Now id like to make them spin up and down at the same time to get slower an so less noisy fans but how ?
Does someone has an idea or a tool ?
