So I just took a peek and looks like I have dozens of open lesions on, in, and around my butthole. Two have been there for about three weeks- open and looking like a freshly bursted blister. I know those two aren't healing simply because I have to poop every day, and they bleed with each poop as they're insides the folds of the actual hole of my anus. the others have seemingly opened up in the past 48hours- exactly how long since I've started my antivirals again after being off them for a little over week due to a kidney issue scare. The first night was horribly unbearable, I had to pace around for most of the night to avoid the shooting nerve pain that pulsed from two of the sores. I bought bactine yesterday morning and my god that's been a life saver- but I'm reading up some more and finding I shouldn't be spraying this on my open sores.. and I'm wondering if it's contributed to so many lesions popping up. I just cleaned up with witch hazel (the paper towel I used had a light yellow/orange tinge to it after dabbing all over the sores) and I put some fresh aloe I just cut on it. Thankfully the shooting pains aren't as bad as yesterday, and last night the bactine helped me sleep for a few hours at a time.
What can I do at this point to help everything heal? Should I try to keep them as dry as possible? The aloe Is really helping with the pain that comes from friction when walking/any sort of tugging from loose cotton boxers I've been wearing. Im stopping the bactine until I know it's okay to keep using it- honestly it was starting to irritate my labia from running down after I sprayed. Thank you!
Ps I have an image I'll try to upload somehow

Update: started hemorrhoid cream- burns at first but does the trick!! Haven't tried pooping yet, tho I suspect it will still be not fun 👍🏼
