So my Instagram Account got deleted and I can´t find my friend anymore

For some reason my Instagram Account got deleted. It´s been over a week and nothing has changed I did everything. I made a new Account to find my friend that I found over Reddit, by helping her throught hard times. I really miss her and I don´t want her to feel bad. I need your help to find her. Her name is Mica, she lives in france, she is black with cuerly hair and she has a cat. That cat looks like Cookie form Slivikyshow if you still know that. Please help me I am her only friend and her family is a really bad one. I need to help her.
