My daughter has been wanting a hedgehog for a long time, and my wife finally relented. So now, I need to get one!
On the local classifieds, there are a few for sale, anywhere from 3 weeks to a couple of years old. Things I should watch out for as I look? I think she'd rather have a baby. The ads for the young ones all say that they've been handled from both and are tame. I guess I trust that? The temp in our basement is not in the 72-80 range. Heat lamp would be adequate, I hope? Any tips on this? I'm sure I'll be back with lots more questions, but any more that I should think about right now?
