Issues w. having sex = UTI, Yeast, BV

Have you found throughout your life that some sexual partners you have no issues at all (BV, Yeast or UTI) but with other partners its ongoing issues?

My current situation I am having ALL kinds of issues. The minute one ends, another pops up immediately after we have sex. Treat one, get something else or same issue. Yet with other partners over my 30yrs I rarely got anything. I had one partner where we had sex constantly 3-5x a day. No issues. I go 1-2wks with my current (he is very clean so thats not the issue), we have sex 3-5x Sat/Sun and poof....its ALWAYS something. At a point I do not want sex and I finally found someone I enjoy it with :( ugh.

Has anyone found condoms resolve these issues or do you have the same? We do not use condoms. We both are fixed.
