I'm looking for advice. Lowering LDL and raising HDL. I'm very confused.
Post Body

I know I need to eat better and move more first and foremost. Are there any general rules? I know to avoid fried and fatty foods.

Is it limit bread ad pasta by going low carb or cutting them out? I also hear meat is good. I was told limit fruits but veggies proteins and dairy is good. This is by a regular DR and not a nutritionist. I can't afford one to be honest. I know what works for one person may not work for everyone.

So all meats as long as it isn't fried should be ok?

My plan is meats and veggies. Yogurt, water to drink, exercise more and some fruit. I also have an air fryer so if I get breaded chicken patties is that ok since I'm not deep frying?

Any clarification to help me is great
