Is there anyone in Hampton/Newport News hiring for part-time daytime work?

For context, I am a 21 year old who has three years of experience in food service, and about 5-6 months of managerial experience. However, I am looking to find a part time day job that isn't food service, and doesn't involve supervising work.
I just need to make income to pay bills while maintaining a life balance and be able to seek therapy.
I can drive, I have customer service experience, I just don't want to work across the water or work full-time (mentally can't work fulltime right now).
