Should I get re-tested? I went to get a std test because I thought that I had HIV but everything came back negative. The only issue is that my Hsv 1 came back with a high number of 43.50 I’ve never kissed anyone before or even had sex. I’ve been struggling with this mentally because I’ve never done anything to even get herpes. Maybe just share a drink. I don’t know what to do I really want to get into the dating pool and this is so annoying to tell. I’ve never even had an outbreak and my doctor barely told me anything about it. Even when I went to get re-tested they didn’t test me for Hsv 1 only HIV which came back negative. What do you think?
