White splotches on female guppies back

Just started noticing some white splotches on some of my female guppies. 10 gallon tank 6 males 12 girls. Fry get transferred over to neo shrimp tank to grow out. Have also noticed weird behavior like swimming in middle of tank and being skittish. Salt treatment possibly?
