It had happened last week. Tuesday, around 6:35pm to be exact. Gumball Watterson had gotten home from school, eaten dinner, and had spent the last few hours playing video games nonstop downstairs with Darwin. Of course, with a long gaming session comes it’s consequences, and these consequences came in the form of a bladder that felt as if it was about to explode.

Gumball rushed upstairs, and burst through the bathroom door in an attempt to relieve himself. What he saw made him freeze in his tracks, and forget why he was even there. Standing before him was his mother Nicole, stark naked as she was about to get into the shower. They would both stand there, stunned in silence for a few seconds as he felt the blood rushing to his cheeks. “GUMBALL GET OUT OF HERE!” Was the response that he received, and after profusely apologizing, he turned and slammed the door behind him. But this was not the end of it, not at all.

Ever since that night, he couldn’t get the image of his mother’s naked body out of his head. During the day, random times throughout, and especially at night. A boy his age was intrigued by women already, and seeing his mothers mature body…it was something that both shamed and excited him. As a result, he had avoided eye contact and most conversation with his mother. Something she could definitely notice. But he couldn’t go on this way forever, right?

As you may have figured, this is a prompt centered in the Amazing World of Gumball universe, where I will be playing the role of the title character, and the intention is that you play his mother. In this scenario he sees his mother on accident, and cannot get the image out of his head. It effects how he acts and speaks around her, and with the state of her marriage….well, the possibilities are endless.
