All different sizes and why? 3 year old seeds

These plants have been growing atleast 12/15 weeks…all different sizes, some have limbs and some don’t. All same compost, and feeding schedule but yet only one has the large arms and large like a bush. I topped half of them but didn’t for the rest. Just so confused on why they are all so much different from each other
