Future detachment idea - Choir of Prognostication

Or something like that. I have a hunch we might get a detachment that gives us a pool of dice starting at 1 to substitute our rolls with similar to sisters of battle. How we get more of them would be less clear, but maybe we'll get something similar like space wolves and have to fulfill prophecies to get more dice?
