2019 Cherokee USB stopped working.

Had an interior detail and after I plug my phone in and doesn’t charge or anything. The USB in. Enter console also does not work. Checked fuses and all good. Any clue. I keep reading multiple possible issues but not like a sure fix. Thanks in advance for any help!!
