That able bodied neighbor...

In the post credit scene, when Peter talks about mowing the neighbor's lawn despite having an able-bodied son, that's in his 40s, I couldn't help but feel like, the guy watching him cut grass is a future villain. There's absolutely no reason to have so little happen in that end credit scene. That's my theory anyway
