At some point in the last 48 hours, the mic stopped picking up any audio at all. No active listening, no assistant, not even on calls. People were hanging up on me because they thought no one was on the other end. I went through the chat feature in help on the 2XL, got told to take my case off (lmao,) restart in safe mode, factory reset, and try on Bluetooth. Once I went through all this, and gave the rep my IMEI, they told me that since I got mine through Verizon, they couldn't help me until I talked to them, and if they wouldn't help me, then big G would step in.

Anyone else having this problem? I'm going to RMA through Verizon, but just wanted to see if other had the issue. Also worth noting I'm on the 8.1 beta and haven't received any updates.
