Hopefully this doesn't get me banned from this lovely corner of reddit, but it's something dear to myself which I personally call 'pace poetry' and audio was the closest sub I could think of sharing it to.
The main concept is for one to touch themselves to the rhythm of a speaker's voice (insertions, circles, whatever pattern) - which I find poetry structures fluidly, although it can also be done with narration or conversations. A sort of inverted mantra.
For a Nymph
There was a nymph in the water of the lake
And if in its waters, did my breath partake
And my life forsake, in an ache find its wake
at the surface of the bubble's blooming break
finding fake - find memory: misery's mortal make
For in its waters, this image shimmers
The genial genuine: glistens and glimmers
Reflection in remembrance, a sensation simmers
Sinners and dreamers: fate's wanton weavers
Brash and bodacious - drowned these dauntless dreamers
And in this verse of hers, so staunchly stirs
Those brown eyes of hers, with a gaze which sticks like burrs
Wicked wonders, wizened wickers, wardens for those still stirs
Menacing murmurs of maenadic pleasures
of fingers whose touch still lingers
I ache to taste, yet being chaste, I find harried haste
To lay to waste, and archival abased, wrap from wrist to waist
pain, pleasure, placed, their tensions traced
Drown me in your scent oh innocent, and ravishing rushes raced
Red-faced, yet let your despairs displaced, in eroticism: erased!
Feel my touch and tongue, the night still young
Sensations yet unsung, sadisms yet unsprung.
