Buspirone anxiety meds for comedown on MDMA laced as meth

I’ve posted once abt this but I recently took two mdma pills at once and am positive both were meth bombs. This is day 4 no sleep and I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to take buspirone to help me go to sleep and chill out as I feel anxious as well.
