For centuries we have known that the greatest capitalist states hat have grown the fastest have been welfare states. From Imperial Germany to pre-Reagan America to the myriad of countries that followed their image in the 20th century, and in this new era of rapidly advancing technology and efficiency, it only seems more true that a populace helped by the state is the only way to ensure safety and security among the population, and therefore health and happiness and productivity. In order to help her people out of their traditionally poor state and into the global limelight, the Peruvian government is putting an immense amount of funds into the renovation of the public education system. From building new primary schools in rural areas to the development of the already existing national colleges and the addition of new subjects and fields to study, the reconstruction will allow for the Peruvian population to be some of the most educated in Latin America! And from there it is only a matter of time until the newly educated populace is able to compete with the very best of the world in terms of technological innovation and productivity! The reforms will start immediately, and will take place for several years, and it is possible that with the ever increasing advance of technology that the reforms will not stop anytime soon.
